We ask everyone we work with to store their Payment Card details with Square. Your Session Payment will be processed at the time of your appointment and you will automatically receive a record of payment via email.


24 Hours before your first appointment, you will receive an invoice from Square asking you for your Payment Card details. Please ensure you check the box to enable Square to store your details.
Storing payment details reduces the time taken in session for administration and processing payments. If you have a GP referral, these details will be recorded on your receipt and you can use this for making a Medicare Claim. Please ensure you enter your email correctly.
