The 2025 APS Psychology Week theme is “Celebrating the impact of psychology in our communities”. This theme encourages members to share stories and activities highlighting psychology’s contribution to individual and community well-being across Australia, while also aiming to increase public understanding of the profession’s role in practice, research, education, supervision, and advocacy.

The Australian Psychological Society has released some short interviews with practicing Psychologists in a variety of roles in our communities. Hopefully they will provide some insights and perspectives on how Psychology and Psychologists can help and also some of the challenges Psychology faces as a practice and as a profession.
